Employment and services
The skills and services shown on this website are offered within full-time or part-time employment, under an appropriate agreement or employment contract and the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia, including requirements applicable to both parties. The scope, compensation, duration, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
A personal professional portfolio
This is my personal portfolio presenting my experience, skills, and work. It does not represent a company, commercial establishment, or registered business. References to services or projects do not constitute an offer as a commercial establishment. This policy does not license any activity requiring authorization or waive any legal obligation.
Contact and work agreements
Submitting a form or booking a consultation is a request to discuss a suitable opportunity. It does not itself create an employment contract or a commitment to deliver a project. Any engagement requires a clear agreement and satisfaction of applicable legal requirements.
Contact form information
Submitting a form provides the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and request details, depending on the form. Required fields are identified and may be necessary to submit your request; optional fields may be left blank. Please do not include sensitive information, identity documents, or information unnecessary for contacting you.
Used only to respond to your request
Contact form information is used only to respond to and communicate with you about your request. It is not used for advertising, marketing, customer lists, or unrelated purposes. Submitting a form is voluntary and requests contact about the information you provide.
No sale or sharing for unrelated purposes
I do not sell your information or provide it to other parties for their own purposes. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the form and deliver your message. This commitment does not prevent disclosures required by law or lawfully requested by a competent authority.
Delivery and storage
Contact form submissions are not stored in the website database. They are sent to my email inbox, where messages are stored by the email provider under its settings and policies. Technical information, such as an IP address, may also be processed to prevent form abuse and operate the service. This policy therefore does not promise that no information is ever stored. You can request deletion of correspondence through the contact page, subject to legal retention requirements and the provider’s backup deletion limitations.
Privacy requests
You can contact me to ask about information you have submitted, obtain a copy, correct it, request its deletion, or stop further contact, subject to applicable rights and legal exceptions. Use the methods on the contact page and describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
