Problem

Dayqani relied primarily on offline sales and communication, limiting customer reach and the ability to present its equipment catalog in an organized, searchable, and actionable format. The business also needed a more consistent brand identity and a digital transformation plan connecting its brand, ecommerce presence, marketing, and performance measurement.

Goals

Build an integrated digital channel reaching contractors, government entities, factories, warehouses, and logistics companies; present products clearly; support quotations, purchasing, and communication; and establish a foundation for digital marketing, paid campaigns, and performance measurement.

Solution

A marketing and digital transformation plan was created alongside a refreshed brand identity. A WooCommerce store was then built to present small and medium construction and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, excavators, loaders, mixers, pumps, and well-inspection cameras. The work covered hosting and domain setup, product and category architecture, Google Analytics and Tag Manager integration, and paid campaign activation to support reach and sales.

Process

  1. 01

    Research & analysis

Understand the problem, workflow, and actual user needs.

  2. 02

    Planning

Map the solution logic and select suitable tools and technologies.

  3. 03

    Development

Build the features, process data, and connect system elements.

  4. 04

    Testing

Validate functionality and results, then address feedback.

  5. 05

    Launch

Prepare and deliver the solution for operational use.

Challenges

Delivery had to be managed alongside a full-time role, while the company was also changing its direction and target product sectors. Building client confidence in digital transformation was therefore a central challenge. Each phase was tied to a direct business need, and the store was structured to remain extensible as the business evolved.

Results

Dayqani gained a more professional and consistent online presence and a unified channel for presenting products, capturing inquiries and orders, and reaching new customer segments. The store and campaigns supported sales and improved the measurability of digital activity through Google tools. No verified performance percentages were provided, so the outcomes are presented as observed operational and commercial impact without unsupported figures.
